True to its name, the soap is BIG and will last a lot longer than the bitch-sized bars in your local grocery. If you enjoy activities like drinking American beer or using power tools, then this soap was made for you.

Scott Hofert, the mind behind ColsenKeane, spent the first half of his career travelling around the world for work, setting foot in over 40 countries. Scott was always on the hunt for high-end leather goods that would fit his lifestyle. Yet, most of what he found was either too flimsy or had lost its functionality.

Wanting leather products that are rugged, and simple, Scott began creating them on his own. He quickly realized what would become his priority: create a product that lasts – one that gets better with time, and carries the marks of the owner’s personal history. As a result, ColsenKeane was started.

Scott sees his products as an accessory for the daily grind and a chance for the owner to tell their story. Every scuff, or stain has substance behind it; each piece is an example of the owner’s history. Each product is handcrafted and made to order by four leatherworkers in Charlotte, NC – no assembly lines, no major factory, made in USA.

ABOUT COLSENKEANE…

I have been to over 40 countries over the past 25 years and in all my travels I have been on the hunt for high-end leather products around the world.  Much of the search seems to have been in vain. I felt it was time for the anti-cookie-cutter line of leather products: not fancy, not chintzy, not cheesy. Quality, durable, memorable, head-turning leather accessories and bags: our reason for founding ColsenKeane.

So many of our products are simple, clean and useful.  Each leather piece is made to endure rugged abuse because that’s that the reality of our lives.  Whether you are sitting in first class on that flight from across the pond to skiing in the Alps, or just making the long hike across campus, these bags and accessories just plain WORK. All our products are guaranteed forever.  We make stuff your kids will want someday. We’re in the heirloom-making business.
